Real-Life Stories of Lives Saved!

When Jennifer (not her real name) came to the Center, she was not happy about the possibility of being pregnant. She was almost two months late and feeling very sick. Since this was not her first pregnancy, she was pretty certain how the test was going to turn out.

When asked about her previous pregnancies, Jennifer stated she had a four-year-old daughter. However, her mother, who had accompanied her to the office, told one of our directors a different story. It turned out that this was actually her fourth pregnancy. In addition to the live birth, she had aborted a baby a few years ago and then miscarried late last year. She also told us that Jennifer had a history of drug use and that she did not have custody of her little girl.

Jennifer had broken up with her boyfriend about six weeks before coming to see us. She felt sick and discouraged, and just didn’t think she could have another child. She admitted that she was considering abortion.

After hearing the Gospel presentation, Jennifer prayed a prayer to receive Christ. Then she went into the ultrasound room. To her amazement, we could see that she was expecting twins!

Suddenly, Jennifer was excited! At 8 weeks, her babies were very active, vigorously moving their tiny arms and legs. The sight of her children captured her heart, and all thoughts of abortion were forgotten!

Jennifer will soon be giving birth to her little son and daughter (yes, it was one of each!) She is eager to meet them, and her family and friends have been very supportive. All appear to be healthy. Please pray a safe delivery and for God’s blessing on this little family!
